ADC 12 is one style Japan Aluminium alloy casting material (JIS H5302), ADC12 equivalent to America Aluminium alloy code A383.

Due to its good die-casting properties, it is suitable for thin casting parts. Its specific features are as follows:

1. The Thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and cutting performance of ADC12 aluminum alloy die-castings, are good.

2. This aluminum alloy shrinks less, so it has very good filling performance, The shrinkage is 1.005.

3. This aluminum alloy has small density and high strength. The ratio of tensile strength to density is 9-15. 

4. This aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

5. The melting point of ADC12 is 549 °C +/-50°C.
